Synergy was originally conceived as a newsletter to keeps members informed about news and upcoming events as well as enabling them to share information. The original newsletter was published approximately three times a year and mailed to members. VBWIM is working to re-conceptualize Synergy and take advantage of social media in presenting content that members will find inspiring and at times challenging.
